All meals are based on 1500-1700 calories per day and designed to keep you full throughout the day. There's 6 meals a day: 3 main meals, 2 snacks, and 1 dessert.
There are no additional recipes included for you to swap, however, you can always make your own low GI meal or swap ingredients as you please. You can also grab one of our recipe books for more inspiration.
