Low GI Baked Paprika Chicken
This savory and delicious low-glycemic chicken dish is sure to be a hit with your family.
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a shallow baking dish, combine 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with 2 tablespoons of paprika and 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the juices run clear.
- Serve over a bed of cooked spinach rice for a wholesome meal that's sure to please!
